Who we are

Landon Childers and Wyatt Santone-Engledow, co-owners.

Pure Aviation Detailing began as a mobile detailing company serving the corporate fleets of Northwest Arkansas and grew into a four-state operation covering 86 airports. Aircraft disinsection started as a specialty request from operators flying internationally and became the one service we take anywhere in the country. Pure Aircraft Disinsection is that service under its own name.

We are a small team by design. Every treatment is performed by our own people, never a subcontractor or franchisee, so the standard on your aircraft is the one our name is on. We are fully insured.

The disinsection division exists because the work is different from detailing. It is regulated by destination countries, documented for arrival authorities, and planned around international departures rather than hangar schedules. Giving it its own name and its own site lets us describe it plainly, keep the standard visible, and be the call an operator makes when a trip is filed to a country that requires it.

How we work

Plain answers, then the treatment.

Operators come to us with a destination and a date. We tell them plainly whether disinsection is required, whether pre-embarkation at their US departure airport is the answer, and what needs to start early. Then we show up at the aircraft, treat it to the WHO method, and hand the crew the certificate. If a routing means pre-embarkation will not cover the arrival, we say so before anyone books.

What we stand behind

The WHO method, an approved product, our own crew.

The method is the pre-embarkation procedure in the WHO Aircraft Disinsection Methods and Procedures, 2nd edition (2023). The product is a WHO-approved, US EPA-registered aircraft aerosol. The paperwork is in the format the destination accepts. And the person on your ramp works for us.
