What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address, departure airport, destination, dates, aircraft type and any notes. We use them to reply to you, to plan the service you asked about, and, if you become a client, to perform and document the work.
What we do not collect
This site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts or marketing cookies. It does not load resources from third-party domains. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider may record your IP address and the pages requested for security and operational purposes.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered to us through our hosting provider’s form service and by email. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their marketing. We may share them with a service provider only as needed to perform the work you asked for, for example an FBO we coordinate with on the day of treatment.
How long we keep it
For as long as we have a business reason to, which for a client normally means for the life of the relationship plus the period our records and insurance require. If you would like your details removed, email us and we will do so where the law allows.
