Who We Work With
Private and corporate flight departments, charter and management companies, the trip-support and handling companies arranging international departures for US-registered aircraft, and commercial airlines flying from US stations to countries that require disinsection. If a flight is filed to one of those destinations, we are the call.
How we work with each.
Flight Departments
You know the aircraft, the crew and the principal’s schedule. What you may not want to become an expert in is which destinations require…
Charter & Management Companies

Commercial Airlines

Trip Support & Handling
When a client’s trip requires disinsection at a US departure, you need a provider who answers quickly, shows up at the right ramp at the…
The same service, whoever is booking it.
One contact who confirms the requirement for your route, holds the plan, and comes to the aircraft. Pre-embarkation treatment of the empty aircraft, cabin, flight deck and holds, to the WHO 2nd edition method, with a WHO-approved, US EPA-registered aircraft aerosol. The disinsection certificate issued on completion, and the treatment details for the crew’s General Declaration entry. Help with the operator paperwork Australia and New Zealand expect. And a plain answer, early, if a routing means pre-embarkation at a US airport will not cover the arrival.
Short messages, not projects.
The first trip takes a conversation: aircraft, base, destinations, how you like to coordinate. After that, each request is a destination, a departure airport, a date and a tail, and we take it from there. Flight departments tend to route it through the scheduler, charter and management companies through operations, and trip-support desks through whoever holds the client. We adapt to how you run a trip rather than asking you to adapt to us.
Start with a route →Business jets are our specialty. We treat every airframe to the same standard.
Light, midsize, super-midsize, large-cabin and ultra-long-range business jets make up most of what we treat, because those are the aircraft flying internationally from the US on private and charter operations. We also treat turboprops and larger aircraft. The method scales to the cabin volume; the standard does not change.
Part 91, Part 135, Part 121 and managed aircraft alike.
Where a destination requires disinsection it applies to the aircraft, not to the regulatory part it operates under. We work with corporate flight departments, charter certificate holders, aircraft management companies and their handlers, and with scheduled, charter and cargo airlines at their US stations, and we tailor the coordination to how each of them runs a flight.
