Aircraft Disinsection for Trip Support and Handling Companies
When a client’s trip requires disinsection at a US departure, you need a provider who answers quickly, shows up at the right ramp at the right time, and hands the crew paperwork the destination will accept. We work with trip-support desks and handlers exactly that way.
What a trip-support or handling company gets from us
A single US disinsection contact for any departure airport in the country. You send the trip details, we confirm the requirement and the timing, we coordinate with the FBO and crew, we treat the empty aircraft before boarding, and we issue the certificate for the destination. Your client sees a trip that simply worked.
We understand the constraints you work under: departure times that move, crews arriving late, aircraft that need to be released on time. We time the treatment to actual boarding, we adjust when the plan changes, and we tell you plainly and early if a routing means pre-embarkation at a US airport will not cover the arrival.
For FBOs
If you host a based or transient client who needs disinsection before an international departure, we work on your ramp with minimal disruption. We coordinate arrival, access and timing with your line staff, treat the aircraft where it is parked, and clear the ramp on schedule.
Tell us your route and we will confirm exactly what your aircraft needs.
Destination, departure airport, dates. We confirm the requirement, come to the aircraft, and handle the certificate.
Pre-embarkation disinsection, in brief.
A WHO-approved, US EPA-registered 2% permethrin aircraft aerosol applied to the empty aircraft, cabin, flight deck and holds, at your US departure airport before boarding. The aircraft is ventilated and boards after the required wait. Valid for one flight sector. Certificate issued on completion; the crew records the treatment on the General Declaration from the details we provide. Performed by our own team, anywhere in the United States.
We handle disinsection for US flights to Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Greece, India, Bangladesh, Jamaica, Chile, Barbados, Paraguay, Brunei, Morocco, the Solomon Islands, Egypt and the Cook Islands, among others. Australia and New Zealand carry operator paperwork we help with; start early.

How quickly do you respond to a request?
Quickly. Call or text for anything time-sensitive; use the form or email for planning. We can often accommodate short-notice requests.
Can you deal directly with the FBO on the day?
Yes. Once the plan is set we coordinate access, ramp position and timing directly with the FBO and the crew, and keep you informed.
Do you provide the destination paperwork or do we?
We issue the certificate for the destination and give the crew the treatment details to enter on the General Declaration, which the pilot-in-command completes and signs. If your client operates to Australia or New Zealand, we help with the operator paperwork those countries expect.
