Aircraft Disinsection Nationwide: We Travel to the Aircraft

Pre-embarkation disinsection is performed at the departure airport, so we built the service to travel. Our crew comes to your aircraft at any US airport, treats it before boarding, and issues the certificate. No repositioning, no specialist facility, no gate spraying at the destination.

How nationwide works

Most operators assume a treatment like this means flying the aircraft to a specialist facility. It does not. Pre-embarkation disinsection has to happen at the last port before the destination country, on the empty aircraft, before boarding, which for a non-stop flight from the US means your departure airport. So we come to it: to the FBO ramp or the hangar, at the time your boarding requires.

We are based in Bentonville, Arkansas, and we handle our own travel. From the Northeast corridor to South Florida, from Texas to the West Coast, and out to Honolulu for Pacific itineraries, the crew that arrives is ours, and the method and certificate are the same on every ramp.

Timing and notice

Across the central US, within roughly a day’s drive of our Northwest Arkansas base, taking in Dallas, Houston, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Kansas City, St. Louis, Memphis, Little Rock, Nashville, Chicago and New Orleans, we respond same day to next morning, within 24 hours. Across the rest of the continental US the window is 24 to 36 hours from confirmation. Scheduled bookings made with four or more days of notice are guaranteed for the departure, anywhere in the lower 48.

Hawaii, Alaska and US territories such as Puerto Rico are served on a scheduled basis rather than a rush window: the treatment product moves as compliant freight, which takes longer to reach the islands, the territories and the far north. Reach out as soon as the trip is on the calendar.

We would rather hear about a possible trip early than a confirmed one late; send the destination, departure airport and dates as soon as the trip is likely. If Australia or New Zealand is on the itinerary, start earlier still: both carry operator paperwork that takes time.

Every treatment is performed by our own team, never a subcontractor or franchisee.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you really come to any US airport?

Yes. We travel to your aircraft at your US departure airport, from Teterboro to Van Nuys to Honolulu, and handle our own logistics. The aircraft does not reposition to us.

How quickly can you get to us?

Within 24 hours across the central US, and within 24 to 36 hours almost anywhere in the continental US, day or night, with no last minute or overnight fees. For Hawaii, Alaska and US territory departures we arrange scheduled service, so reach out as soon as your trip is on the calendar.

Where are you based?

Bentonville, Arkansas, in the Northwest Arkansas corridor served by XNA. It is a base, not a boundary; the service is national.

Do you use local subcontractors at distant airports?

No. Every treatment is performed by our own team, so the standard on your aircraft is the one our name is on.
