Every country on this page has a confirmed requirement, taken from its published rule or from a written answer by its national authority, and aircraft departing the United States are in scope. Greece
Greece made aircraft disinsection mandatory in 2025 for aircraft arriving from areas where the Aedes aegypti mosquito is established, and its Ministry of Health list names ten US states, Florida, Texas and California among them.

What if my routing stops somewhere before the destination?
