Aircraft Disinsection for Charter and Management Companies
A managed fleet spread across the country and a charter book that changes daily need a disinsection provider that can be at any tail, at any US airport, on the schedule the trip dictates. That is what we built the service to do.
What a charter or management company gets from us
One provider for the whole fleet. Whether the aircraft is based at Teterboro, Van Nuys or Opa-Locka, or is positioned somewhere else entirely for the trip, our own crew comes to it, treats it before boarding, and issues the certificate. You do not need to find and vet a local applicator at each departure airport, and you do not need to explain the requirement to a client whose trip just became international.
For operations teams the value is predictability: one number to call, one standard on every aircraft, and a provider who already knows what your destination expects. For sales teams it is a clean answer when a client asks about flying to Italy, Australia or the Caribbean: yes, and it is handled.
Fleet-wide, tail by tail
We keep the details of each aircraft we treat, so repeat treatments on the same tail are faster to plan. Where an aircraft owner or client holds the operator paperwork for Australia or New Zealand, we work under it; where it does not exist yet, we help the operator put it in place. Send us the trip and we take it from there.
Tell us your route and we will confirm exactly what your aircraft needs.
Destination, departure airport, dates. We confirm the requirement, come to the aircraft, and handle the certificate.
Pre-embarkation disinsection, in brief.
A WHO-approved, US EPA-registered 2% permethrin aircraft aerosol applied to the empty aircraft, cabin, flight deck and holds, at your US departure airport before boarding. The aircraft is ventilated and boards after the required wait. Valid for one flight sector. Certificate issued on completion; the crew records the treatment on the General Declaration from the details we provide. Performed by our own team, anywhere in the United States.
We handle disinsection for US flights to Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Greece, India, Bangladesh, Jamaica, Chile, Barbados, Paraguay, Brunei, Morocco, the Solomon Islands, Egypt and the Cook Islands, among others. Australia and New Zealand carry operator paperwork we help with; start early.

Can you treat aircraft at different departure airports on the same week?
Yes. We travel to each aircraft at its departure airport and handle our own logistics. Tell us the schedule and we will plan it with you.
How do you invoice for a managed aircraft?
However your management agreement needs it: to the management company or to the owner account. Tell us when you book.
What information do you need per tail?
Aircraft type, registration, departure airport, destination and date, plus any technical stops. Once we have treated an aircraft, later requests need only the trip details.
