Aircraft Disinsection in Florida
We perform pre-embarkation aircraft disinsection at Orlando International Airport (MCO), Orlando Executive Airport (ORL), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE) and 21 other Florida airports: the treatment is applied to the empty aircraft on the ramp or in the hangar before boarding, and the certificate is written there. Florida is the busiest departure state for Caribbean and South American business aviation, and Barbados, Brazil, Chile and Paraguay all require arriving aircraft to be disinsected.

Routes from Florida that require disinsection
From Florida and the Southeast the routes that most often trigger a disinsection requirement are Caribbean and South American: Barbados on short sectors, Chile, Brazil and Paraguay on long ones.
The usual Florida routes are above; the requirements by country table lists every country we have verified.
For a Florida departure, 36 to 48 hours of notice is the rule, and a scheduled booking holds the date. The treatment is pre-embarkation disinsection with an EPA registered aerosol at the WHO dose, applied to the empty aircraft at your Florida departure airport. The crew leaves with the signed certificate listing every can serial number, the ink stamped company affidavit, the General Declaration wording, a destination reference sheet, the EPA label sheet with SDS and TDS, and the used cans bagged and retained on board.
